SHIPPING POLICY

The shipping charges are determined by multiple factors such as the dimensions of the package, the number of items, and the destination. All packages will be dispatched through USPS within three days of purchase and may take around 7-10 days to be delivered.

Customers residing in the local Bay Area can opt for local pickup to save on shipping costs. If you choose this option, kindly get in touch with me to schedule a convenient pickup time for both of us.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

While we strive to replicate the colors of our products as accurately as possible on our website, please note that the actual color of an item may differ slightly from what you see on your computer screen. This is because it can be challenging for us to adjust for the individual computer settings of all our customers.

I only accept refunds or exchanges in cases where the package has been damaged during delivery. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any other reason, please get in touch with me so that I can try to address the issue. Thank you.
